Devon Chilli Man
Cliff Hyslop aka The Devon Chilli Man kindly gave me a jar of his new “Prickly Heat” Pineapple Chilli Jam to try when I met up with him at this year’s Dorset Chilli Festival.
A deliciously fruity and sweet pineapple jam with a hint of chilli – great on burgers, gammon, ham and cheese. It also works wonders with a bacon sarnie I can tell you!
