Payment
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
There are currently 2 ways you can make payments through the online shop. One is to make card payments via Stripe which is the option selected by default. The other option is via PayPal which is still one of the safest ways to make payments online. You can still use your debit or credit card this way even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
UK Shipping
For all UK orders (including Channel Islands, Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man) the cost per order is £2.95 up to 2kg be that 1 bottle or 30 bottles. It therefore makes more sense to buy lots of bottles! If you require more than 30 bottles, please get in touch first before you order.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail and are dispatched Monday-Friday. UK orders should arrive within 3-5 working days from the date you ordered but may be a little longer during busy times. UK deliveries are made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.00pm. Currently it is not possible to specify a time for delivery.
Overseas Shipping
The costs for orders to Europe are as follows:-
- Up to 250g (max 3 bottles + packaging) = £4.20
- Up to 500g (max 4-7 bottles + packaging) = £5.85
- 8 or more bottles please get in touch prior to ordering
The costs for orders to World Zone 1 (generally covers countries in North America, South America, Africa, the Middle East, the Far East and South East Asia) are as follows:-
- Up to 250g (max 3 bottles + packaging) = £5.20
- Up to 500g (max 4-7 bottles + packaging) = £8.10
- 8 or more bottles please get in touch prior to ordering
The costs for orders to World Zone 2 (inc Australia, New Zealand, Singapore along with some Pacific islands) are as follows:-
- Up to 250g (max 3 bottles + packaging) = £5.65
- Up to 500g (max 4-7 bottles + packaging) = £8.75
- 8 or more bottles please get in touch prior to ordering
All orders are sent by Royal Mail and are dispatched Monday-Friday. Arrival times may vary between 5-7 working days for Europe and 10 or more working days for the rest of the world depending on the country.
British Forces Overseas (BFPO)
We are currently unable to process British Forces Overseas (BFPO) orders through the website, however, please do get in touch (email info@BangBangOil.com or through the Contact page) and we’ll sort something out. Orders up to 1kg (max 15 bottles) are only £3.45
Availability
All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.
Cancellation
Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail. Cancellation must be received before the goods are dispatched. If the goods have been dispatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.
Returns and Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it unused within 7 working days and we will refund the price. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by us.
In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call us for assistance on +44 (0) 7958 710529.
