The Chilli Jam Man
This is my review of REAPER’S REVENGE – a Sweet Spicy Relish containing Carolina Reaper Peppers and made by The Chilli Jam Man.
It came in a recent box from LICK MY DIP – the fantastic monthly hot sauce subscription service.

It goes with grilled meats, pasta sauces, salsa, chilli con carne, marinades & curry. I tried it with some cheeses – but which one does it work best with?
